When we're in autopilot at our job -- and in our lives generally -- we stop taking the time to think about what we really want because we're so busy thinking about what we "should" want. This module focuses on your relationship with yourself and others whether we're talking about difficult co-workers, clients, your partner or other family members.

Common questions

I feel a bit overwhelmed by everything I have to do at the office. Are you sure I can do this on top of all that?

Absolutely. I designed the Lawyer's Soul Roadmap to give you the time you need to create real transformation in your life.

In Module 1, I help you craft your morning, evening, office, and home routines. I know these will morph as we go through the entire course, so I give you space to change as you go.

The important thing is that you remain open to doing things differently than you may have ever considered and keep moving forward. I'll get you to the finish line with the powerful PDF guides and the weekly coaching calls to keep you focused and make the most of what you're learning.

How much time a week will I need to dedicate to this program?

You don't need to spend a ton of time in the program to complete the tasks. 

There are bout 2-4 lessons per module, 1-2 PDFs to complete per lesson, and one 30-60 minute coaching call per week (I'll stay as long as people need me to).

A typical day of working within the program could look like this:

Ex. Listen to the audio/watch the video for 5-10 minutes in the morning, print out the PDFs, Work inside the PDFs for 15-30 minutes in the morning or in the evening. Show up for the group coaching call that week or watch the replay.

I've also included additional time for you to get things done in the program schedule. So if you can't complete everything at once like I set forth above, you get an additional week in between every second module to "catch up."

However, I don't want you to feel like you're behind. You're exactly where you're supposed to be.

I also want you to know that you'll get the BIGGEST results from this program when you stay in the material. What that means is paying attention to what you learned and applying it throughout your day.

When I hear "less stress," I assume there's going to be a lot of meditating. Is that what this course is about?

Modules 3 and 4 will be released the following two weeks, then you'll get an implementation week.

Modules 5 and 6 will be released the following two weeks, then you'll get an implementation week.

The final week - week 12 - is a bonus week where I'll hold a bonus group call and we'll virtually celebrate!
